Hey Reader, I'm leading a free virtual class next week.
During this immersive 50-minute session, you will be gently guided through a sequence of practices designed to nourish your body, mind, and soul. Experience this meditative practice uncovering the deeper layers of your unconsciousness.

Sink into a state of profound rest while maintaining full awareness, allowing you to release tension and experience a sense of rejuvenation.
While in deep rest, your attention and awareness actually increases. Not like resting in sleep, where awareness decreases and completely diminishes.
Having your camera on is completely optional and I personally like to turn my camera off when I start guiding Yoga Nidra. When we arrive, just give me a little wave to confirm we don't have any weirdos on our Zoom call. Then feel free to turn your camera off.
Hope to see you there and forward to a friend that may need it!

This same dish in El Salvador, where my heritage is from, is called Casamiento which means...

They provide a cocoon of transformation all while in community and in nature. So often the onus is on you to do your "self-care" or upleveling your practice — but more and more research is coming out showing...
